Miwayla ("we") runs miwayla.com, a community where travellers share stories, reviews and photos. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google sign-in. When you log in with Google, Google tells us your account ID, name, email address and profile picture. We use the account ID to keep you signed in and to link your posts to you. Your email is never shown to other members.
- Your profile. The traveller name, location, short bio and avatar you choose. These are public.
- What you post. Threads, comments, reactions, rooms and photos. These are public.
- Technical data. Our hosting and bot protection (Google Firebase, Google reCAPTCHA) process basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block abuse.
Where it is stored
Account and post data are stored with Google Firebase. Photos are stored with Cloudinary. Both may store data outside Thailand.
How we use it
Only to run the community: showing your posts and profile, keeping the site secure, and removing spam or abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can edit your profile or delete your threads and comments at any time. To delete your whole account and everything you posted, email miwaylaofficial@gmail.com from the Google account you use on Miwayla and we will remove it.
